At Star-Lite Drone Photography Ltd, we are committed to providing exceptional aerial photography and videography services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All drone photography, videography, and digital media services are delivered electronically or via agreed formats.
Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.
Exceptions may be made if the delivered content is significantly defective, corrupted, or does not match the agreed specifications. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If your order includes physical products (e.g., printed photographs, drone merchandise):
Returns: You may return unused physical products within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Cancellations more than 7 days before scheduled service: Full refund of deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days of service: Deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability, and any prepaid amounts can be applied to the new date.
